What is Spinal Stenosis?
During the aging process, parts of the body begin to degenerate. Spinal stenosis occurs when the spine is compressed and ‘choked’.
Spinal stenosis often causes pain and cramping that fluctuate, rather than a constant discomfort. It generally begins slowly and increases over time. Pain from spinal stenosis can be brought on by physical activity, and often occurs in the back, buttocks, and legs.
